LEE VALLS

Psychotherapist

Lee’s approach to psychotherapy integrates humanistic, existential, and positive psychology principles. He works by exploring your world to understand how you relate to yourself, your life, and those around you. Through this process, Lee supports you in developing a deeper awareness of your values, beliefs, and limitations, helping you strengthen your relationship with yourself and enhance the way you connect with others. While this journey can sometimes be challenging, it is also profoundly rewarding, opening the door to meaningful change and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Lee has extensive experience supporting clients with childhood trauma, couples’ and family dynamics, adoption and surrogacy, LGBTQ+ issues, and recovery from narcissistic relationships. His work focuses on addressing immediate challenges while using insights from the past to illuminate current patterns. By fostering deeper empathy and compassion, Lee helps his clients gain the understanding they need to work through difficulties and build healthier, more positive ways of relating – to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.

DELYANA KARAIVANOVA

Gestalt Psychotherapist (UKCP); and a Meditation & Mindfulness Practitioner

Delyana Karaivanova is a UKCP-accredited Gestalt psychotherapist and the Founder & Clinical Director of The Mindful Practice – www.themindfulpractice.co.uk . She works with individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their needs, and create meaningful change through greater awareness and embodied presence. Grounded in Gestalt principles, Delyana supports clients in exploring what is happening for them in the moment—in their thoughts, sensations, emotions, and relationships. Her approach is relational and experiential, helping people notice long-held patterns, interrupt what no longer serves them, and open up new possibilities for contact, choice, and connection. Delyana has experience in relational therapy, food and body image difficulties, emotional eating, and addiction-related processes. She works with clients to gently uncover how these struggles have developed within their relational field, and how new, more supportive ways of being can emerge through awareness and compassion. Clients describe sessions with Delyana as grounding, spacious, and deeply attuned. She brings clarity, warmth, and a steady presence that helps people feel safe enough to explore what is difficult—and supported enough to try something new.
