Ingredients
1 punnet of Medjool dates.
Cashew nut butter – we use Meridian
30g raw chocolate – we use Ombar chocolate
Method
We have yet to meet someone that doesn’t crave and long for something sweet. Why not try this? It’s high in fibre, source of protein, rich in minerals and full of wonderful fats!
If necessary pit the dates by slicing into the date and remove the stone. With a spoon add half a tsp of cashew butter to each date.
Melt the raw chocolate and drizzle all over or you can dip it in half way. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and enjoy. Keep in an airtight container.
