Method
To make Chicory Root Caramel combine the coconut sugar, butter and coconut cream and bring to a dark caramel.
To create the cocktail add the Vodka and Chicory Root Caramel to a shaker.
Add a shot of chicory coffee to the shaker with lots of ice.
Shake and serve into two chilled cocktail glasses.
